Paul Hayward – Cooking in a Camper Judge
Paul Hayward is the head chef at the Crown Inn at Shorwell on the Isle of Wight.
He has worked there since July 2011, when he arrived bringing a new direction to the pub’s food. All dishes on the menu are genuinely homemade, including bread baked daily and real hand-prepared desserts.
He has been a Chef for 29 years and loves his job. Paul’s work has taken him all over the globe as a chef with the Royal Navy, as well as working at 5-Star hotels and restaurants. He is equally at home preparing meals to order, or providing an exquisite meal for up to 6000 people!
Paul has a flair for skilfully presenting food, and loves adding a twist to traditional recipes. He will be creating a special recipe dish especially for V-Dub Island 2012 which will be available from our Bay Café!
